Puppy:

Five rounds:
5 Handstand push-up progressions
44 pound Deadlift, 10 reps
10 Beginner pull-ups
20 Single unders

11:29

HSPU knees to bench. Didn’t go heavier on deadlifts or do double-unders so that I didn’t have to go to the basement. Pull-ups were bottleneck.

20 burpees

Finally able to post on the right day.  I’ve been slacking in posting here on the BrandX site, but I have been back into CF since Dec 31 after a long break due to some annoying injuries.  Just ain’t as young as I think I am!  But good news, just passed my second birthday with CF.  I still suck at most things, but not as much as two years ago. Keep up the good work, GD and the other scalers.  Love this website!  cheese

5 rounds for time:
Pack
Five rounds for time of:
12 Wallball shots, 6kg (13.2) ball (closest thing to 14# I got)
12 Toes-to-bar

BUY-IN:  2×10 CFWU (supermans for back. ext)

WOD: 11:39, so sucky!
WB unbroken
T2B unbroken 1st round, and turned into toes-near-bar (but above head) in the last two rounds.

CASH-OUT:  stretching, 10 OHS with PVC

The T2B were definitely the killer here.  Need to work on those and get a rhythm going on the bar.  I was always hanging without my feet being able to touch the ground, so I had a hard time trying to stabilize before going up for the next one.  Clearly, I wasn’t efficient with my power!  As always, CF ridicules your weaknesses.
