14-15 minutes…need to get a real timer, watch, or something!!

Smart phone user? There are free stopwatch and timer apps smile

Yeah, I know…and I’ve downloaded a few CF useful apps, but I’m using an older iPod for working out, and was trying to avoid using my phone for the stopwatch, timers, etc.  It’s a fallback solution nonetheless…

I’ve been using a Timex Ironman watch with good success.  The lap feature is helpful for keeping track of rounds and the timer works great for tabata workouts.  Someone told me a little trick a while back.  Set the timer for :30s, rest during the alarm (lasts :10s) and work when it’s silent (remaining :20s)

A lot less expensive that a timer or your phone.
