CFWU,
600m run
3 sets of
10 pushup, 5 pull ups, 15 sit ups.

75, 75, 75, 85, 85, 85, 95, 95, 95, 105

afterwards ran 2.5 KM.

With a bum shoulder I was pretty happy with this WOD, feeling it in the shoulder today but not as bad as it could have been.

Don’t misinterpret my motivation as skill.  I try, and will continue to do so until I succeed. Then I will raise the bar and try until I succeed.

Cleaning the DBs up to position was pretty tough; and the reason I think I failed near the end.

I did this yesterday:

MONDAY 120123
Resting 60 seconds between sets:
Press 2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2

50-50-55-55-55-55-55-55-60-60

I thought I could do more weight, but I didn’t know how to get the bar over my head w/o throwing my back out confused
