CrossFit warm-up: 8:03min

For time:

Pack - w/ beginners rope climb
75lb back squats & 15ft rope climb
Squats reps: 30, 25, 20, 15, 10
Rope climb: 5 ascents, 4, 3, 2, 1

Time: 8:03min

I didn’t do thursdays, so I did right continuously after Friday’s:
