We ask you to be courteous and thoughtful of the newbies. Last time clean - 175, BP - 225, OS - 135
Clean was power clean. My form suffers as I add weight and it just ends up a power clean. Felt I could go heavier but form was breaking down so called it. Overhead squat is a stability issue as I add weight - the bar wants to come forward as I go down. Interesting that the only thing I PR’ed on is something I rarely do anymore.

Torn callouses again. Anything over 50 pullups seems to do it. Was going to use my pads but everything felt fine. Should have actually looked at my hands.
