Can’t wait until next time we do take-downs. I realized too late I was doing them incorrectly.  The drill after the work-out helped me.  LOL I now feel more confident. Thanks Jason.

No lie.

We have too many heroes lost and not enough workout days to commemorate them. I think it’s fitting to always think of the men and women in service, whether military or peace officers and public safety, as we do our workouts. A bit of motivation to throw a little of our sweat and maybe a drop of blood on the floor in their honor.

You all trained with ferocious intensity last night. Towards the later rounds of the workout everyone looked thrashed, but your strikes continued to pound the heavy bag solely from a complete refusal to quit. Snarled teeth and foaming at the mouth, you all fought to the end. I loved it.

What it felt like was if I stopped concentrating on killing the bag I would just drop to the floor. That can’t happen.

So, lacking “anywhere else to go”, ya know, no crosspit class, the only way to fill the void was with a couple of sangria swirls and the ultimate chick flick.

Bad Kitties.

Back at it next week! Yayyyy!
