Warmup: 600m, shadow box w/ sprawls and push-ups, round kicks on kicking shield

Big Dawgs
5 rounds:
21 toes to bar
15 DB deadlift w/appt. wt. 
60 round kicks on heavy bag (3 alt. leg, repeat 20 times)

Pack
4 rounds:
21 knees to elbows
15 DB deadlift w/appt. wt.
60 round kicks on heavy bag(3 alt.leg, repeat 20 times)

Puppies
3 rounds:
15 knees to elbows
9 DB deadlift w/appt. wt.
30 round kicks on heavy bag
run laps until pack and big dawgs are finished

Buttercups
3 rounds:
10 knees to waist
10 squats
20 round kicks
run laps until pack and big dawgs are finished

skill work: left knee, right cross, left cross, right cross

Yeah, killer! KTE kicking my butt right now.

32:04 for Pack. Went too heavy on DBs so dropped down to 25# for 2nd-4th round.

Also loved the knee, rt cross, lft cross, rt cross work. Fun.

We have too many heroes lost and not enough workout days to commemorate them. I think it’s fitting to always think of the men and women in service, whether military or peace officers and public safety, as we do our workouts. A bit of motivation to throw a little of our sweat and maybe a drop of blood on the floor in their honor.

I called time at 25 minutes. Did you keep going? If you were looking at the wall clock, it had 9 min. on it when we started.

Sweet! No I was done a couple minutes before you called time. I did use the wall timer but now I remember you holding up the white timer when we started. duh.

Then, around 32 less 9 ~ 21??? cool.
