Warmup: 400m, shadow box, stretch

Skill work: round kicks

Workout: Jason Sprawls (thanks Sifu Dan)
3 rds.
30 sprawls
30 push ups
30 squats
30 sit ups
30 sprawl w/ 1-2 punch on heavy bag

take one minute rest between each round.
come see me when your done.

Big Dawgs
as rx’d

Pack
reduce reps to 20

Puppies
reduce reps to 15

Now for the cool part…if you finished 1st-3rd, you owe 10 burpees. If you finished 4th-6th, you owe 20 burpees. If you finished 7th-9th, you owe 30 burpees, etc.

Pack: 23:40 + 20 burpees (finished 4th)

Was surprised how quick I could do the sprawls, tho I think the execution was probably questionable. I liked the spawl/punch combo.

I hurt ALL over today.

I think it’s fitting to always think of the men and women in service, whether military or peace officers and public safety, as we do our workouts. A bit of motivation to throw a little of our sweat and maybe a drop of blood on the floor in their honor.

I already told her Saturday she constantly complains & says “why do I stay after Krav?” yet she can’t get enough. The first step is admitting the addiction, then you can move on.
