Any ITunes, IPOD people out there.
Nike Sports Mixes are GREAT. I have a running one specific to building ENDURANCE. Alberto Salazar (apparently some famous running coach) narrates the 42 minute set, talking and coaching you through changes in pace, etc.
They also have mixes to improve strength and speed. The endurance one is working. I am not struggling quite as much through my 2-3 mile runs.
