I am SO THERE!  8)

We have too many heroes lost and not enough workout days to commemorate them. I think it’s fitting to always think of the men and women in service, whether military or peace officers and public safety, as we do our workouts. A bit of motivation to throw a little of our sweat and maybe a drop of blood on the floor in their honor.

Great seminar. Came out of it knowing what I need to work on.

Thanks Coach Jeff for the seminar and working session after and thanks to Coaches Connor and Mikki for their pointers.

Thanks Coach. That was a lot of fun! I think the next seminar should be “How to do cleans and not hit yourself in the chin with the bar”

I may have seen 10 or 12 lifting seminars and every time I leave with something more. Another piece of the puzzle which will make it a tiny bit better next time I lift - and another way of explaining to a new CrossFitter how it is done.  Jeff good detail, dynamic presentation good visuals, loved the silverback.

Congrats to those who attended- your effort attention and progress were spectacular.

Thank you, thank you, thank you!  This seminar was so tremendously helpful.  My mind simply could not coordinate this movement with my body and make it all work together until now.  (Recognizing of course I still need lots of practice, but at least now I know what I am practicing is correct instead of reinforcing bad habits.)  It was great to have it all broken down.

Thank you BrandX for a great seminar. I picked up some great pointers, and some great drills, and Jeff provided ample personalized instruction. I appreciate the effort.

What a great seminar, very informative.  I don’t think people realize how technical O-lifts can be and we only worked on one of the lifts! Thank you to all of the coaches!

Practiced the lift last night using video review. Frustrating to try to break bad habits but at least I eliminated that danged bounce after the first pull!

Still throwing my head back OR when I focus on looking foward I don’t think I get good extension on the second pull.
