We have too many heroes lost and not enough workout days to commemorate them. I think it’s fitting to always think of the men and women in service, whether military or peace officers and public safety, as we do our workouts. A bit of motivation to throw a little of our sweat and maybe a drop of blood on the floor in their honor.

but that has changed this will be for everyone.
12-4 pm with a break in the middle
it will be $25 per person

Me too. Sage demonstrated lifts at the CrossFit seminar when I got certified. She is an amazing gal. This is an awesome price for what we are sure to get from the afternoon.

What they said! Sage is a great coach and a very sweet person on top of it. It was great to see how everyone improved on their lifts. Although I hate having a bunch of people watch me do stuff, it was awesome to have individual coaching. (I know I know…privates.)
Great Seminar.

COACHING POINT…
The apple doesn’t fall far from the tree at the Burgener household and that is a compliment to both Sage and her dad. Sage did a fantastic job, and thanks to both Greg and Amy also for giving up their Saturday afternoon. I always walk away from a Burgener Seminar with more knowledge and confidence.
And, yes, more things to work on.

WOW! I came home and told my husband, “You would NOT believe this 16 year old kid!” She taught with such poise and confidence. I was so impressed. She even corrected Guard Dog!
Very worth the money, I would definitely recommend her. Thank you GD & BBOJ for having her teach a seminar.

And to Greg & Amy for helping out. And to BrandX for hosting.
Definitely time and money well spent.

I also want to thank Greg and Amy. Greg spent a lot of time helping the ladies. His patience and instruction are appreciated.
I agree with the comments about Sage. She is an incredible gal.
Since coming to Brand X, I have met quite a few remarkable teenagers. I like it here. :D
