I have been cordially invited to give a short presentation on KM Basics at an upcoming Seminar at CFSD, Saturday October 28th from 10-2.  The KM portion will be about 1.5 hours.

Susan Robinson runs a wonderful organization REAL Women Enterprises
they feature events and seminars of many types, and work CrossFit into the seminars often.

The discount for Brand X members is 20% or $80 rather than $100
Here is a link to the posting at their site.

Hope some of you can attend or motivate a “City Friend” to go !

Sadly, I won’t likely be able to go to this. The last one looked like a great time. For those of you who have not had personal instruction from Mikki, I would recommend this to all. She has a lot of knowledge in that head of hers and does a great job of imparting it to others. She’s also very encouraging, which a plus for someone like me who is an uncoordinated doof. Sign up, if you can.

The Real Women CrossFit seminar I went to was great! Add in BBoJ teaching Krav…that’s going to be awesome.

We have too many heroes lost and not enough workout days to commemorate them. I think it’s fitting to always think of the men and women in service, whether military or peace officers and public safety, as we do our workouts. A bit of motivation to throw a little of our sweat and maybe a drop of blood on the floor in their honor.

BBoJ, depending on the date, I will sign up for the new one.

I couldn’t sign up for this date due to all the seminars and competitions we had going in late sept/early october.
