what kind of watch do you have or recommend?...Im using a stopwatch right now but its inconvenient at times. I’ve been looking for watches to buy, but Im not sure what’s good and what’s not.
The two I have used are G-shock and Oakley. I like these two because they have a count down timer which I can use for tabata and workouts like Chelsea and THEY LAST FOREVER. Had my Gshock for about 5 years until I lost it. My Oakley I had for at least two.
