Assassin Sparring Class Starting Up Again.

Ding Ding Ding, round two! Jim’s assassin sparring class is getting all geared up to start again this Tuesday, Nov. 2. I hope to see everyone return and to see new faces as well. If you’ve never been, give it a try. We all love it, and you’ll learn a lot.

I currently have tuesday’s open….

Are there any future Krav fighting/sparring 6-week sessions planned? I’d like to sign up for the next one if/when there is.

We have too many heroes lost and not enough workout days to commemorate them. I think it’s fitting to always think of the men and women in service, whether military or peace officers and public safety, as we do our workouts. A bit of motivation to throw a little of our sweat and maybe a drop of blood on the floor in their honor.

We will check with the assassin- he is currently spending some time
in Poland training Krav Maga in abandoned buildings ( NO Joke… he really is the Assassin !) When he returns we will ask him…

? didnt mpearce define the samurai as assasins? does this make jim a full blown samurai warrior? he may not like this title as it also implies sepiku may be on the menu at some future date. always a catch to fame and fotune. bummer.

Maybe I could take some time off during the evening once every two weeks to attend. What time does it start? Maybe I could go in earlier and get off just in time? I’m thinknnging outloud. Details please when they’re available. My hours will change soon.

The last sessions were tuesday nights, at 7:30. 6 week course, 50$ for the session.

We’ll wait for Mikki to let us know if anything is differenct in the next session (if there is one).

It’d be cool if you could do that, kodiak. maybe we coudl get Dave S from work to go too…you know Dave in Net Sec?

Heard from the assassin himself that the next 6 week class would be in a few weeks, he just needed to work it out w/ mikki and all. So cool. I totally want to come to the next one, mainly ‘cause i need people to beat on me during sparring. I’ll sacrifice a tuesday night karate class for a few weeks to make it, but saturdays anytime work really well for me. And how much are they usually?

It is official Assasin Jim’s six week sparring Extravaganza begins again
on Tuesday Sept 20th (exact time tba but probably about 7pm)
Cost is $55 for BX members and $65 for non BX members
Instructor Jim says he will focus on “situational sparring”- sounds very interesting…
