I am still catching up on stuff at home this week.

I should be able to get started next week. Thanks, BBoJ and Jim.

We have too many heroes lost and not enough workout days to commemorate them. I think it’s fitting to always think of the men and women in service, whether military or peace officers and public safety, as we do our workouts. A bit of motivation to throw a little of our sweat and maybe a drop of blood on the floor in their honor.

There is no substitute for good coaching.

i really wish i could make it to the sparring classes, but i have a belt test in 2 weeks and can’t miss any more classes ‘cause I still need to learn a whole bunch of stuff along with catching up on teaching hours before test night. Maybe the tuesday after the test i’ll come in and at least watch to check it out

I am going to copy this and cross post this to Kenpo Dwidget.  Good luck with the test.
