Hi everyone - Post updated to include all the Named workouts (Benchmarks)
I have been thinking of a way to make it easier to find and track my benchmark times and that maybe others could find it useful as well. I thought it would be easier to post the standard workouts in one place than to have to try to use the search function on all the WOD posts. This way we could easily look up and edit our times for reference.
If you would like to keep track of yours, post here using the following template. When you have an update, just edit your existing post.
For an explanation of these workouts, see the FAQ on Crossfit.com:
For modifications, list anything that is different from the “RX’d” or prescribed workout on CrossFit.com such as weight modifications and exercise subs.
If you didn’t make any modifications, just remove “modifications” from the end of the line to avoid confusion.

We are putting up a white board soon, which will contain
“The Girls” and “The Heroes workouts”- with the current Brand X records, Male & female for each. This database will help us to fill that out accurately.
