KENPO STUDENTS. I’M CHALLENGING YOU TO COME AND TRAIN ON WEDNESDAYS NIGHTS. THE CLASSES ARE FUN AND A GREAT WORK-OUT. A LOT OF YOU COULD USE THE EXTRA DAY…... :twisted:

Thats my rest night but i’ve come to a few and they are pretty fun.

He should have said “it’s my dads night to rest, and he doesn’t want to drive me anywhere.  When I learn to drive I can come”.

I will do what I can Sifu but Dirty Harry gets cranky when his wife is never home. But I will say the Wednesday classes I have been to have been fun. Scary, but fun.

I’ll try to get there, but I don’t even know what I’m going to do. Sometimes I get really clueless, you should know that by now! :D

why is everyone scared to come on wednesday?!?! the only two people there EVERY WEDNESDAY NIGHT is me and lenei (sorry dont know how to spell your name).

We love ya Sifu -but or my family it is just what Sifu Jeff said we are there Mon, Tues ( Jeff does Private training, I teach in the morning) Thursday (Jeff does Private training then teaches at night, I teach in the morning,) Friday and Saturday morning. Wednesday & Sunday are our days off.
There is no such thing as overtraining but there is under resting. Took us forty years to figure that one out !

I am usually up there myself doing Crossfit then Kenpo and Dan usually rips it up for us on new stuff…It’s definitely a good class to attend..I know… I know.. Sifu Dan…. I need top practice what I preach…

THAT DOESN’T EXCLUDE ANYONE ELSE!  sOME OF YOU THAT WANT TO TEST BUT ARE NOT SHOWING UP, SHOULD RETHINK YOUR SCHEDULE.  i MEAN EITHER RETHINK WHAT YOU ARE DOING ON WEDNESDAY AND FRIDAY NIGHT OR RETHINK YOUR SCHEDULE FOR GETTING YOUR NEXT BELT.  (BY THE WAY, I LOVE THE EXCUSE I AM TOO BUSY.  MY PERSONAL FAVORITE.  WHAT THAT REALLY MEANS IS I DIDN’T PRIORITIZE THINGS CORRECTLY SO I HAVE TO DO HOMEWORK INSTEAD OF COMING TO CLASS.  IT CAN ALSO MEAN, CLASS IS UNIMPORTANT TOO ME SO I DECIDED TO WATCH ANOTHER SITCOM INSTEAD OF DOING MY HOMEWORK.)

look at me I always have homework and im there every wednesday.

SUndays are the only days I rest sometimes. (when there is sparring on Tuesday, I’m usually there for that. I could choose to take another night off, but, then, I really can’t. If I miss a day when Sifu Jeff is there, man, I don’t hear the end of it! LOL. So, if I’m going to choose to take ANY night, if has to be a Wednesday… not because I don’t want to be there, just because you are more forgiving Sifu Dan, then Jeff is.

Plus, on occasion, my parents are know to want to see me, at least once a week…

I LOVE WEDNESDAY NIGHT CLASSES! They are always so much fun.
