Hi everyone,
I have a special question. As I wrote down into my introduction in the “Cheers” topic, I’m 17 and I’d like to start CrossFit.
But I’m not sure, what kind of programming should I follow. I consider making my training plan, but I don’t know exactly, what’s the most important thing that I should concentrate on now.
I’d like to acquire the basics of Olympic weightlifting, but I’d like to do the WODs and MetCons too. Is it at my age possible?
I’m thinking of working on the weightlifting in a weightlifting club twice a week and parallel with this doing the bodyweight exercises or WODs also twice a week. But I don’t know whether this is an effective plan?
Please help me to give ideas to do my training plan! Any advice would be appreciated!

Edit: My goals are being a bit stronger and simply increasing my overall fitness level.
