Love your arms Tyler, but back to the subject…
My Class did 3 rounds fight gone bad this morning with appropriate weight modifications-  7 ladies today.
I got 356- several ladies made it over 300 !  Good Job !

That’s AWESOME, BBoJ!

We have too many heroes lost and not enough workout days to commemorate them. I think it’s fitting to always think of the men and women in service, whether military or peace officers and public safety, as we do our workouts. A bit of motivation to throw a little of our sweat and maybe a drop of blood on the floor in their honor.

I’m doing this one tonight at work. Will post results. We get points for reps, is that right?

No balls at the gym. So I did GD’s “choice” from Monday:

30 HSPU
40 Pullups
50 KB Swings
60 situps
70 burpees

30 HSPU 7x5x5x3x3x4x3 (These weren’t straight up and down. I was about 18” from wall, my feet hanging on a ledge to keep me up. Very difficult. And I “rested” in the “up” position.

40 Pull-ups 205x10x10x5x5x5x5 (I improved here with weight)

50 KB Swings (First time. Used 35lb dumbbell x30x20. Should’ve asked for advice from GD on this one.)

60 sit-ups (30x15x10x5)

70 Burpees (20x10x7x5…ouch!  That’s when I reheated my meal, if you get my drift. These are fun—AND REALLY DIFFICULT. My shoulders were burning as well as my iliopsoas. These seem to work the abdominals also.

Time: 37 minutes

I will improve.

I am Jack’s complete lack of surprise for what Lucky will do to me next.
I once droped a phone from 30ft in the air, it did not work after that. Who’s next?
