Today puppies and the pack will be doing “Wicked Witch Squats”
3 Rounds for time of the following:

Big Dawgs
Overhead Squats 10 to 15#‘s X 21
Run 200 yards

Pack
Overhead Squat “Broomstick” X 15
Run 75 yards

Puppies
Overheadsquat “Broomstick” X 10
Run 25 to 50 yards

Post your time when done!!!  8)

With the overhead Squat remember to keep hands far enough apart such that the broom clears the head by 6” - for most kids this will not be as wide a grip as for an adult.

running around for an undetermined number of yards.

Plus situps on a bench and assisted pullups during my warmup.
