Today I did the Fight Gone Bad benefit at Brand X for the second year in a row. My score was 159. I did better this year than last year. Thank you to Mikki for coaching me and pushing me to keep going. I think I am going to like FGB 3 next year.

I did Fight Gone Bad 2 today at Brand X. I liked doing it. My score was 189. My best numbers were on the push press and wall ball.

Hey u guys im posting !All i have to say is that all of us did a great job !Congrats Delaney!U got the best score! Ooo i just cant wait till next year .ILL try to beat all the scores next year but for now im saying congrats to everyone who participated to day !Just wait till the next year ill be the highest score! :twisted:

We have too many heroes lost and not enough workout days to commemorate them. I think it’s fitting to always think of the men and women in service, whether military or peace officers and public safety, as we do our workouts. A bit of motivation to throw a little of our sweat and maybe a drop of blood on the floor in their honor.
