Frog hop 50 feet
10 Squats
10 Jump for height (Jump up as high as you can 10 times)
10 Pushups
Sprint back to where you started from.
Repeat twice (Have your parents do this with you.)

hmmm I think we have 50 feet of linear space in the house for this one.

Bradley made up some “walking” exercises… walk 2 giant steps (like a lunge almost) then do either a pushup or a squat or a burpee then repeat until your parents die from cuteness.

We have too many heroes lost and not enough workout days to commemorate them. I think it’s fitting to always think of the men and women in service, whether military or peace officers and public safety, as we do our workouts. A bit of motivation to throw a little of our sweat and maybe a drop of blood on the floor in their honor.

He did two rounds of the above while I was cooking and then he decided he wants to do

“10 squats
86 pushups
and 20 pullups”

But I’m making him sit still long enough to eat dinner. wink Iknow I was supposed to do this with him but he was bugging me to do it when I was busy cooking and didn’t want to wait. I did some jump ups though!
