Rainy day workout
Parents,
We call this workout Chelsea. It is a CrossFit standard and we will be repeating it often here.

Big Dawgs
Every minute on the minute for 30 minutes do:
5 pull ups
10 push ups
15 Squats

Puppies
Every minute on the minute for 10 minutes do:
3 pull ups, jumping pull ups, or assisted pull ups (parents helping)
5 push ups
7 squats


How many rounds can you keep the pace? Post your results here?

which reminds me, i sooo need a massage so bad. Massaging my back is like trying to massage a peice of rock into sand. But anywho, hi Sandra!! Glad to hear you’re coming back to train even if it’s for a little bit, can’t wait to see ya!
