Rainy day workout
Parents,
We call this workout Chelsea. It is a CrossFit standard and we will be repeating it often here.

Big Dawgs
Every minute on the minute for 30 minutes do:
5 pull ups
10 push ups
15 Squats

Puppies
Every minute on the minute for 10 minutes do:
3 pull ups, jumping pull ups, or assisted pull ups (parents helping)
5 push ups
7 squats

How many rounds can you keep the pace? Post your results here?

We have too many heroes lost and not enough workout days to commemorate them. I think it’s fitting to always think of the men and women in service, whether military or peace officers and public safety, as we do our workouts. A bit of motivation to throw a little of our sweat and maybe a drop of blood on the floor in their honor.

Got a few classes under my belt. I really like it. Someday I may actually try to test for level one cert…will have to go to a lot more classes first.

Ground work. Awesome.

I’m hooked.  8)  Isn’t ground work a little more advanced? I’m not familiar with the “curriculum” for each level. Not that I’m complaining.

Also, I was thrown off on defending the bas combos. Liz needed a bit of coaching on combinations and I need to practice inside and 360 degree defenses.  rolleyes

After only 5 Krav classes, I am stating to feel more confident. Biggest trouble=getting rid of bad habbits and looking opponent in the face.

As I get older I find I only have two major problems.  First, my memory seems to be going.
