I have not had a pr in awhile, so I will post this. I did 100 kipping pullups for the first time during my private lesson with GD. Yes, it took me awhile, and my hands are ripped, and my shoulder aches. But I did it. Giving myself a big gold star, since I couldn’t even do a ring row a few years ago.

This is great! Congratulations smile

Cyndi, That is really fantastic. Congratulations!

You gain strength, courage and confidence by every experience in which you really stop to look fear in the face. You are able to say to yourself, ‘I have lived through this horror. I can take the next thing that comes along.‘ You must do the thing you think you cannot do.
