27:10.  That was an ass kicker.  Last time I did it puppy scale.  I could really tell I moved up a level

800m x4

snow on the track so ran on the treadmill.  Did not go near fast enough

4:30 7.0 speed
4:15 7.2 speed
4:08 7.5 speed
3:57 8.0 speed

not until I got up to 8.0 speed did I feel like I was running.  I don’t know what I was scared of.

Limiting Factors:
Previous WO stated I wanted to move up in scale, but bubble guts beforehand made me think twice.
