New to CF and this is only the 2nd WOD I’m following. Did this in an outdoor fitness park while still feeling sore from the Deadlifts + Burpees WOD on Friday.
Slightly more than 2 months out from surgery but used to lift/workout semi-regularly [squats, deadlifts, pull-ups etc - 5x5] though I hit a plateau for some months.
Cindy - Puppy version: 15 rounds in 11:20.

whoah…working a few days behind the wod really puts you behind the board…i will be doing the filthy today, haven’t had much of a chance to post, but have been doing the WOD’s about 2 days behind…Bjack has left for the holidays & will only commence training again round the 12th January, & lady jack is nursing a bit of flu AGAIN! i’m about to get filthy, and its 31degrees c today! anyway if I don’t post for another while

KTE killed me but the were all full range. I think it took me 2min to get my first DU but a highlight for DU’s was i knocked out 22 consecutive for a PR once I got going.
This WOD just isn’t right.
