CFWU x3 (flat, unanchored sit-ups, back extensions, kipping p/u 3/3/4, and 70# dips)

21 rounds plus 1 pull-up, 4 push-ups, and 4 squats in 12 min. - big improvement from 10/17/08 when I did 13 rounds plus 1 pull-up and 4 push-ups.

Ended with jump rope 2 min. (234) and 1 min. backwards (didn’t count since I was laughing too hard at the attempts!).

Good improvement over 10/18/08 where I did 17 rounds. 
Pushups are still my weak point.

Good effort Dinesh.
I would suggest, however, that you try scaling down in order to get your round count up into the high teens-low twenties next time this one comes around.  7 rounds in 22 minutes is kinda missing the point of this one.
