Today, everyone is a Big Dawg. Everyone can do this workout as Rx’d. If you are unfamiliar with the lift or have an absolutely horrible air squat, go light and work on form.

Rest for as long as needed between sets, you should be lifting heavy here, youll need that rest in between.

Is there a video explaining how to bail if I get too heavy and stuck? I’m concerned about hurting myself, but don’t want to go too light either.
Thanks…
