You know, I am so excited…..When I wake up in the morning and it is christmas…I get to look under my tree and there sits my present from crossfit.com…..ANGIE…..I couldn’t have asked for anything better

Big Dawgs:
As Rx’d
Make every rep ROM perfect
Pull ups:
Make them games worthy reps.  Full extension of the elbows and shoulder girdle to chest touching bar!
Pushups:
Full body touch at bottom, full extension at top(press down with your shoulders)
Sit ups:
Ab Mat if you have one, otherwise full range, shoulder blades and shoulders touch ground to sitting position
Squats:
Sink well below parallel full extension at top. Do not be satisfied giving up the lumbar curve in the bottom position or not fully extending the hips in the top.

Pack:
Same rules apply for form.
50-75 Pull ups
50-75 Push ups
50-75 Sit ups
50-75 Squats
Sit ups should either be Ab Mat or full range anchored sit ups

Puppies and Buttercups:
For time:
20 Pull-ups or 25 Beginner Pull ups or 30 Jumping Pull ups
20 Push-ups or 30 Box Push ups or 35 Wall Push ups
20 Sit ups (do not do crunches)
20-50 Squats (depending on ability)

Decided I would do this quick WOD but,No access to a pull up bar or platform for pull ups. So I did:
150-push-ups
150-sit-ups
150-squats

So, this was my fourth day doing crossfit…and let me tell you…this was hard as crap…
I did ANGIE and had to have a strength band so that I could do all 100 pullups as well
as having my workout partner help on the last 30 or so…but other than that…my times
are as followes…

100 pullups: last 30 with help
100 pushups
100 situps on sit up bench
100 squats

Time: 16:30

I felt like death afterwards, but wow was it awesome…This is so much better than the bodybuilding workouts I have always
done…I love this stuff…

Also I would like to wish everyone a Merry Christmas..and remember why it is here…THis is the day Jesus was born…
