The pullups took well over half of the time. I think I’m going to stop trying to do pullups at home; I’d much rather do assisted pullups than jumping pullups.
I probably could’ve done more situps and I think all 100 squats, but I’m not sure how many more pushups I had in me.

was pretty pleased overall…especially given all the issues I have had w/ my shoulder during pullups over the last few months! Pushups wore down pretty quick, and I picked sets of 10 on the situps and squats both for better form and increased cycle rate…last Angie was Pack, 50 of each exercise in 14:14.56….Next time will shoot for 75 pullups….assuming I get a kip!!!

Not posting much lately, but keeping at the wods.
On vacation at the in-laws and local gym is closed - I couldn’t finagle any sort of pullup bar. So I did what someone else did:
150 pushups
150 situps
150 squats
Not sure of the time. 15 minutes? Got a cold with a sore throat, and just pushing through it was enough.
