Same rules apply for form.
50-75 Pull ups
50-75 Push ups
50-75 Sit ups
50-75 Squats

I went for pack today (first time pack, YAY!), since I’m already pretty good at all of the exercises. Had to modify it though, since I can’t squat. I replaced squats with back extensions on the 45 degree incline machine. Ended up doing:

Pack:
50 Pull ups
75 Push ups
75 Sit ups
75 Back Extensions

total time 26:10 (9:29, 6:45, 4:49, 5:07)

If only I could kip better I would’ve been able to do 75. I ended up practicing kipping, and doing quite a few static pull ups. Wish we could have a better pull up bar here, too. I’m pretty satisfied overall.

I’ve been off for 5 days now. Due to the burpee challenge this is the longest break I’ve taken since this time last year. I’m going to my parents globo with them tomorrow and see what I can do. Tried contacting The Pit in Atascadero, didn’t here back from them so my Dad said we’d drop by there and see what’s happening.

This is only a PR because I don’t do this exercise nearly enough.  Called it quits after I failed.  Just wasn’t in it mentally. 

Played with Turkish Get Ups (TGU) for the first time ever.  Started with Kettlebells and for each rep did 1 from the floor to standing with both arms.  My long term goal is to eventually do a TGU with my wife (her non pregnant version, she’ll be lighter then tongue laugh ).  That’ll be pretty cool.  I think I’ll start practicing with my niece who weighs about 70lbs, and see how that works.
