I went for pack today (first time pack, YAY!), since I’m already pretty good at all of the exercises. Had to modify it though, since I can’t squat. I replaced squats with back extensions on the 45 degree incline machine. Ended up doing:
Pack:
50 Pull ups
75 Push ups
75 Sit ups
75 Back Extensions
total time 26:10 (9:29, 6:45, 4:49, 5:07)
If only I could kip better I would’ve been able to do 75. I ended up practicing kipping, and doing quite a few static pull ups. Wish we could have a better pull up bar here, too. I’m pretty satisfied overall.
