WOD: Cross Fit Total
one rep max for shoulder press, squat and dead lift

crossfitwarmup

shoulder press: 95#  (pretty disappointing)
squat:  205#  (surprising)
dead lift:  285# (all the weights I own. . . felt like I could have done a little more)

Total: 585#
