Had to do this one at home, no squat rack so had to clean each rep which was fun

90-90-90-106 -115 - 123 - 132 - 141 - 150(f)

Think I can do a bit more but felt rushed so didn’t really have enough breaks, which I know is wrong

A little late posting this one:
Puppies:
Three rounds for time of:
10 Glute-ham sit-ups (to parallel)
10 Back extensions

4:00 exactly, had to use a slanted back extension machine and have someone spot me by holding my feet on a bench to do the GHSUs

I’m new to CrossFit - this is only my third week, but I’m totally hooked!!  I spent a few weeks reading the FAQ and watching videos just to learn about what this is.

Today’s thrusters WOD = 85-95-95-100-105-105-110(fail)

I did the CFT the other day, not so impressive but it was kinda fun.  CFT = 500.

I am 42/182/6’-1” and haven’t messed around with any weights for 10 years!  I’m an avid cyclist, so that’s about all I do…until now!  I’m also a volunteer firefighter and it was one of my brothers (fellow firefighter) that first told me about CrossFit.

eeKKK. I have been horrible at posting lately, SORRY :-o

Trusters,

65-75-80-85-90-95-97.

Felt good, but forgot my socks so I had to due them with my running shoes on in my gym. Amazing, how much energy from the movement those shoes suck up. I’m sure there are several of you out there that will agree with me on that one.

Side note on the Zone diet, I am a former powerlifter, always been solid like a brick s#*t house, but it was never a functional size for everyday, and even when I switched to CrossFit, I still could not lose that last bit, and I was a clean eater, just wayyyyyyyy to much protein. I switched to the Zone method to try it for 3 weeks and WOW, is all I will say. Since Nov. 1st when I started I have now lost 30 lbs, Isane!! and feel great. Of course my strenght is not near to where it was, but then again I couldn’t even run mile before. Props to the Zone. Also, anyone who thinks it is complicated, it’s BS. Just think of a meal you enjoy eating say, like breakfast, etc… then look up the portion sizes in the chart for those foods, and that’s all it takes. I’m a fan.

Ok, enough of a side bar,

Cheers
