Buy in:
2x
50 jumpropes
50’ bear crawl

Workout:
50 thrusters
50 OHS
50 thrusteres
60 One-armed DB Snatchs
50 Thrusters.

Cash Out 50 lunges.

my legs eat this stuff up. mainly because they’re the size of giant sausages.
did 15lb DBells for thrusters and 15lb bar on OHS and one-armed snatches (15lb)—30 each arm
Not sure when this finished.  I tend to lose track of the clock when life starts flashing before my eyes with childhood memories of puppies and pizza hut, and happy things.
but anyway—good cash out too.  Made one focus.  I haven’t done those for a while.
thanks all, for a great time.

We have too many heroes lost and not enough workout days to commemorate them. I think it’s fitting to always think of the men and women in service, whether military or peace officers and public safety, as we do our workouts. A bit of motivation to throw a little of our sweat and maybe a drop of blood on the floor in their honor.

There is no substitute for good coaching.

Shoulder Press 1-1-1-1-1
Push Press 3-3-3-3-3
Push Jerk 5-5-5-5-5

95-115-115-115-115
115-115-115-115F(2/3 and did not try for the fifth set)
75-95-95-100-100

I am beginning to realize that shoulder strength is a major problem for me, but that’s ok because now I know and I can work on it.  I did not want to go too heavy on the Push Press and Push Jerk lifts because I have never done them before.  But, the weight I was at felt good.
