thanks for the suport and i am really excited for my test there is only 1 reason im in the condittioning im in for it and it is crossfit before my brown belt test i hadn’t takjen crossfit yet and i was in ok shape but when i took my test i almost passed out i was so tired and after crossfit i can go through everything with ease and not be breathing hard i would like to recognize how amazing this system of fitness really is i went from being tired after 3 forms to not breathing hard after6 forms and 3 charts.
