Rest Day at http://www.crossfit.com/
Skill Day at http://crossfitkids.com/

The mainpage of CrossFit directs new people here for help getting started.  CF can be confusing enough for a newbie, we want to make it as easy as possible for them.  We ask you to be courteous and thoughtful of the newbies.

Woke feeling really great, wanting to do heavy back squats.

Back Squats
x5
Still poor, but better than last week! and that’s all that counts

Heavy MetCon
5x
—some fun stair climb circuit through my house that took about 1:20
—5 hang power clean, 75#
11:09

Need to get back to working on full squat clean, though.
