Unfortunately the globogym is closed on sundays so i had to sub with what ive got here….

20 lb wall ball killed me. Its homemade and didnt bounce well off of my pullup structure. Ive got another old basketball so i should have a nice 12 or 14 lb ball that i can manage with a bit better soon.

Surviving… maybe just a few more days of misery?  Arms feel way better, but my body hurts and I have felt so tired.  I can’t decide if it’s food poisoning post injury, or just the injury itself.

Wow! I did the Puppies workout but with a 35# dumbbell.  Did the CFWU minus pullups beforehand.  Time for Helen was 14:13.  My son did his first CF Kids workout today before I did mine.  We are both diggin it.

completed in 13:45, down from 15:01 when i used the row machine@ 500m and green band assisted pull-ups. today i did unassisted pull-ups and only used a 35# kb because i forgot the guy down the street borrowed my 55# for a couple of days downer
