20 lb wall ball killed me. Its homemade and didnt bounce well off of my pullup structure. Ive got another old basketball so i should have a nice 12 or 14 lb ball that i can manage with a bit better soon.
Surviving… maybe just a few more days of misery? Arms feel way better, but my body hurts and I have felt so tired. I can’t decide if it’s food poisoning post injury, or just the injury itself.

TIME - 15:00.84. Freakin’ hate the elliptical; that and the walk from it to the pull-up bar kills my time.
Wow! I did the Puppies workout but with a 35# dumbbell. Did the CFWU minus pullups beforehand. Time for Helen was 14:13. My son did his first CF Kids workout today before I did mine. We are both diggin it.

completed in 13:45, down from 15:01 when i used the row machine@ 500m and green band assisted pull-ups. today i did unassisted pull-ups and only used a 35# kb because i forgot the guy down the street borrowed my 55# for a couple of days
Thanks, but I hate doin this crap on a treadmil! It just slows u way down! need to work with hambone on gettin some weights over at his house so we can do this the right way!
