Man, that’s crummy but what a great idea!

Deadlift 1-1-1-1-1-1-1 reps

135(actually did a few of this to warm up)-205-225-275-295-315-335

Exactly what I did last time :(

But I still have to be satisfied considering I am just getting over being sick and that my back still hurts from shoveling snow 2 nights ago.

Deadlifts: 1-1-1-1-1-1-1
This was my first repeat workout, so I was curious to see what differences I would see.

255 - 265 - 275 (PR) - 285 (PR) - 295 (PR) - 305 (PR) - 305

I am pretty happy!  I actually failed on my first attempt at set #7 due to grip, so I switched to the hook grip and pulled the weight.  Lifting this heavy really freaked out the gym attendant.

Warm up 2X

Jump rope - 50 SU
Jumping jacks - 30
Dead lift 89lb - 10
Sit up - 10
Back ext - 10
Dips - 10
Pull ups - 10

A few warm up DLs at 155lb then:
Deadlift 1-1-1-1-1-1-1
221-231-241-251-251-261-271lb

Stopped 5lb short of my PR.  Really concentrated on keeping a constant back angle until the bar reached my knee and also strived to keep my back straight to slightly arched - no rounding!  Realized I was often looking up at the start of the lift, so made sure to keep my head and neck inline with my spine.  Felt good!
