I really had to grind out every rep today, nothing felt too explosive. Not overly happy with my weight but it could have been worse.

I felt pretty blah today, hence the fail on 195. Hopefully I’ll pick it up tomorrow and get a WOD in before the St. Patrick’s Day celebrations start!

Last set I only did 2 true to form reps and a kind of rep for the last one, had no spot and wasnt sure if I was coming back up. Felt good to come back to heavy weights.

My first post ...I have been doing crossfit for about 8 weeks after many years of globo workouts and avoiding things I was poor at, like pullups and deadlifts.

Can’t get to a squat rack today, so Jackie and I went on a second date (she bested me last Friday) and I updated my 090306 post.

good wod. not sure 7:45 is a great time.
Let’s see, that would be 1 rep every 3.8 seconds. That sounds pretty darn great to me.

WarmUp BSx10 with 135# focusing on good form
Back Squats 3-3-3-3-3
177-197-221-241-241
Form felt good. I didn’t push the weight too much…want to get good at full hip flexion and extension before I pile on the weight. 241 was a good solid weight that needed concentration and effort to move well.
