105-110-110-115 (F)- 115-115-115

Sometimes the bar goes up with ease, but other times it just stalls.

Today
Ten rounds for time of:
3 Weighted Pull-ups, 45 pounds
5 Strict Pull-ups
7 Kipping Pull-up

My scaling
Ten rounds for time:
8 pull-ups mixing in kips

Round one 8 unbroken
Round two 8 unbroken
Round three 8 unbroken
Round four 8 unbroken
Round five 4,4
Round six 5,3
Round seven 5,3
Round eight 5,3
Round nine 4,4
Round ten 3,3,2

That’s 17 sets?

Time:
16:05

Kipping is better. When I hit it right I can feel my chest fly up to the bar. When I don’t I feel like I am just swinging back and forth while doing pull-ups.
