compared to my last nicole workout back in january i have improved, only by one round, but i still improved. i have a question though…. should i have improved more in that amount of time or is this normal?

Every PR is worth celebrating.  So great job!

We can’t quantify how someone’s progress will go without knowing a whole lot about them.  It is highly dependent on their starting point, daily nutrition, sleeping patterns, genetics, etc.  Your progress is something that only you and a very skilled and experienced trainer who knows and works with you should be able to judge.

So are you happy with your improvement?  If yes, fantastic! If not, are there thing you can identify that will be able to help you move faster?

I mean in two months you lapped yourself . . .  an extra 400 meters is no joke.  Imagine finishing 4 rounds of Helen in the time it took you to do 3.5?  Good stuff friend.
