My gym doesn’t have a GHD, so I was forced to do them on a rack with a bench turned sideways. I then had to do the back extensions on one of the standard angled back extension apparatuses.

Time: 14:09 previous time: right at 16 minutes

First day with the new Glute Ham Machine….
so only did modified Pack

10 GH sit ups ROM was to parrallel
15 GH back extensions
then 60 ab mat anchored sit ups

My time seems pretty slow in comparison to others, should I scale down?

Seems like a sub-10 minute workout to me… I would scale.

The transitions here ate a little off of my last score, ads I was truer to the continuous clock (I do this alone, so I gaive myself 5secs to record and move on). So I was only rowing for about 45sec each time, as I had to get my feet in etc. Last time, I started the time once I was in. I think this ends up being a better effort due less modification. Tired now, but happy.

Probably should have scaled up but I wanted to compare to last time I did this workout.  4:46(pr) about a 47 second improvement.
