Pull-ups 14-8-4-4-4-4-4-4 =  46
Push ups 18 14 11 9 10 7 8 6 = 85
Sit-ups 9 10 10 8 9 8 9 9 = 72
Squats 16 15 13 14 15 15 14 16 = 118

Total = 321

Pull-ups 9 9 8 = 26 Jumping pull ups
Push up 5 10 10 = 25 Bench push ups
Sit ups 7 10 10 = 27 Towel (actually my t-shirt) sit ups
Squats 8 8 12 = 28

Total =  106

Our first tabatas.  How can you do a cash out after that? I was wrestling with Heevie the clown (pukie’s cousin)

“Tabata Something Else”

Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are squats. There is no rest between exercises.

Post total reps from all 32 intervals to comments

49 Pull-ups 11, 8, 7, 5, 5, 5, 4, 4
60 Push-ups 11, 11, 10, 8, 5, 4, 6, 5
70 Sit-ups 10, 10, 9, 8, 9, 8, 7, 9
85 Squats 11, 11, 11, 11, 9, 11, 9, 12

Total: 264

Pull-ups: 12, 6, 5, 3, 4, 9, 8, 8 (last 3 sets jumping) - 55
Push-ups: 17, 12, 10, 7, 7, 5, 5, 5 - 68
Sit-ups: 15, 13, 13, 10, 11, 10, 7, 9 - 87
Squats: 11, 10, 10, 9, 8, 8, 8, 10 - 70
TOTAL - 280:  Numbers inflated due to jumping pull-ups.  Really need to practice kipping.

The third 8 intervals are sit-ups
and finally,
The last 8 intervals are squats.

There is no rest between exercises.
