missed yesterday due to my wife and I taking my parents out for mothers day so i did yesterday and today’s workout today. I’m posting on both threads so I can keep up w/ my progress….
4:34 - This was the first I had ever done the workout. My form wasn’t great for half the reps but I was very pleased with the time. When Garddawg said there was a 12 min. limit, my initial goal was just to finish it under 10. However, I was able to bang out the first 12 pretty quickly then broke down the rest into sets of 5.
Sunday, 5/10 - 35th Birthday “Burpees” Challenge
35 Burpees for time = 4:37 (I broke down at 12 and had to do 3-4 at a time after that to finish them off). Burpees are hard
