Thanks, guys!  I just need to make sure my overhead is an upwards motion next time! smile

I should also add I must have a flexion tolerant back because those are U-G-L-Y deck to shoulder movements!

Kempie:  I’m looking forward to seeing YOU massacre this workout.  Sub-2:30 in the near future??

Brother - that’s on my agenda but I need to get my overhead sorted.  Had a practice session today - check it out and let me know what you can see.

Cheers, kempie

Was it that bad? Must go look again.

I thought (could be wrong) that you settled into a nice vertical push to lockout and then rocked yourself back to drop the weight in front of you in quite a controlled fashion. I was impressed that it was an economical and efficient movement.
Now I’ll have to go look.
Can’t comment on the back flexion, if you can see it I’m sure it’s there.

I see what you mean.

The majority of the reps were forward to some degree but a bunch were the nice technique that impressed me. Your back was rounded and it seemed to be by almost exactly the same amount all the way through. Maybe you’re just permanently hunched over? grin

Not textbook perfect reps all the way through, but very nice all the same.
