Rest Day on http://CrossFit.com

Skill Day on http://CrossFitKids.com

The mainpage of CrossFit directs new people here for help getting started.  CF can be confusing enough for a newbie, we want to make it as easy as possible for them.  We ask you to be courteous and thoughtful of the newbies.

And, a little note from me; I’ve uploaded a bunch more smileys that you can use in your posts. Have fun.

I am a smiley buttercup. I don’t know how to use them, I can get about two of them on a good day. The rest are like muscle ups and double unders, I see people do them on the computer, but I can’t.

Is there some secret place that has the smileys? Do I have to be nice to somebody?

Please help!!!!!

I am emoticonless. I am Spock in a Scotty world.

ETA nevermind red face

We won’t even discuss how much time I have spent looking for that.

Friday’s WOD: Barbara-5rds of 50# ast pullups x20, 30 push ups, 40 sit ups, 50 squats
32:09!
Today kicked my butt.  I guess the 0430 workouts 6 days a week and 10 hour work days 7 days a week are taking it’s toll.  Gotta keep going though.  It’s gotta get easier, right? sweating

Did a modified pack vers. of the Pull-up Variations:

CFWU - pull-ups,  then Modified Pack -7 rnds for time (as that was when my hand ripped, otherwise I might have made another 1 or 2 rounds):
3 weighted, 5 strict, 7 kipping.
1 rep with 20kg to test, then 1st round with 12kgs, 2nd with 10kg, then 5kg for the rest
Time = 20:48

Edit: Forgot to add my cash out, 1 x 1 min & 1 x 3 sec handstands against a wall.

Five rounds for time of:
30 Glute-ham sit-ups
25 Back extensions

17:42

I hate GHD sit-ups, sit -ups, kte, it just doesn’t matter, I hate them and I s@@k at them. Struggled through it. I need the work.
