15 pound Weighted pull-ups, 10 reps (I used 25# weight in backpack)
First day back after a little over a week off due to pulling my back either while cleaning out my garage, or pushing my mower out of the ditch I got it stuck in….anyway…

Terrible form and missed what should have been an easy weight, so I went lighter and worked on the basics

My times got faster each round, I think I got so winded during the first round that I thought I would have to slow down in order to proceed. Turns out if I just powered through I was fine. Getting better at performing with a heart rate of 170 and breathing 50 times a minute!
