My legs are very sore, so didn’t do thrusters or SDHP.

75 X stomach to shoulder lifts with 35# bar.  (Trying to simulate rows without using legs)
4 hand stand PU, 16 hand stand PU with feet on a high bench.

Repeat above except no real HSPU.  (Tried to just stand on my hands against the wall - made it for 30 sec)

20 X 105# push presses
20 pull ups (did a ladder progression 1-2-3-4-5-5)

20 X 105# push presses
15 pull ups (as best I could)

Total time about 27 min - lost my time.

In crossfit, it’s okay to cry.  Just don’t be a baby.  grin  I cry every workout “why did I ever start this . . . ”  cry

late entries:Rx’d 051809 and 052009
bench press, rows (pack level!):28:39
Run, squats (big dog): 25:??

Pressed the wrong button and lost the time on the second, so the minutes I remember, but I forgot the seconds. The times were pretty bad on both, but I usually run in the puppy category, so this is a jump up for me. My quads were so damned sore after the rows, that when I was running two days later, I felt like I had to swing my legs around each other because they were so swollen! Heck, my legs still hurt! I have been watching my weight and I have noted that I have stopped losing, even though I have a good 20-30 pounds of blubber to leave by the wayside. My waistline appears steady, and I think that I am just at a point where my body is going to try to resist further weight loss. That said, despite the steady weight, I am getting stronger, and my endurance is improving, even if it is slowly.
