Oh PLEASE.  Where do you think you’re supposed to post this?  You’re Brand X as they come.  Fit and slightly cantankerous . . .

Nice Red!  Is it hard to kip through the chest on that hanging pull-up bar?  I assume it’s hard just to do pull-ups on that thing since it swings everywhere.

Gimpy..I think this is why my kips are soo slow because I have to keep some kind of control through the swing, or as you say I swing about all over the place! The bar is also too thick for my hands…but hey it adds to the challenge eh? LOL

It was neat to see you working out. Thanks for posting. Now I know why “little” is in your screen name!

We’re all scared to comment in case that big bruiser of a husband of yours takes offence.

As you’ve abandoned plans to move down here, I’ll take some cheap shots.
Yes, you’re muscling your cleans up. More jump, faster elbows. There are some early pulls on a few reps.
KB swings should arguably be higher.

Your kip looks funny too LRH. Too much leg swing and not enough getting your chest coming through to load the kip perhaps? It looks like you’re muscling your finish when the kip should take you up further. In thAs you tire that makes sense, but you’re doing it from the start. It’s still effective, but it looks like you’re flailing a bit and then bridging the gap with your strength?

And based on my experience at BX, I think I’m supposed to tell you you should be wearing boardies, but I’ve no idea why.

No problem with your not getting boardies. I’ve made my token attempt to appease GD, he’s on his own from here.

State or federal?
Just want to know in case there’s someplace I can go over there where I don’t have to wear the stupid things.
